WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a People & Culture Partner, you have an opportunity to make a real impact on exciting projects within Magnus Energy. You will combine hands-on business partnering with the opportunity to shape and improve how People & Culture operates across the organisation.

In addition you will:

  • Be the trusted People and Culture Partner for multiple business lines, supporting leaders and employees with daily HR topics such as employee relations, performance, absence, wellbeing, payroll and benefits questions.

  • Help design, implement and continuously improve People and Culture projects, including the salary framework, company values, performance management, vitality initiatives, employee self-service, acquisition integration and other strategic HR priorities.

  • Guide and coordinate HR processes, including sickness management, reintegration and compliance related topics.

  • Support international employees and stakeholders on topics such as visa applications, mobility matters, and local employment requirements.

  • Use HR insights and data to improve policies, processes and the overall employee experience.

WHAT YOU BRING :

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Partner who thrives in a scale-up setting and is energised by building and improving processes while maintaining a hands-on approach.

In addition you bring:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of HRM or business management or related field.

  • 5-7 years of broad HR experience, with a strong understanding of the Dutch employment landscape in a consultancy or a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law, absence and reintegration processes, HR policies and HR best practices.

  • A proactive hands-on approach to building and improving People and Culture foundations, with the ability to create structure, drive initiatives and implement practical solutions that enable sustainable growth.

  • Experience working in an international environment and managing multi-country HR processes and stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (C1) and Dutch (C2).
