You’ll enjoy a varied role, responsible for partnering with Sharesies leadership and providing specialist advice on a range of complex people issues and organisational incentives . We’re looking for people who love the idea of working in a dynamic, innovative environment and who are as excited about our vision as we are. For the People & Capability role we are specifically looking for someone who: Has expert knowledge of HR best practice in the areas of employment relations, performance management, change management, remuneration, workforce planning and employee engagement Is approachable and able to create strong, constructive relationships with leaders in all levels of an organisation Is a clear and effective communicator, able to break down complex processes and jargon to suit any audience is adaptable to change, and motivated by our vision and purpose.
