Explore Life at BDO here What You'll Do Provide general administrative assistance to the P&C team Assist in completing standard documentation for work permits, employment verification, and other related forms under supervision Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records, including both physical filing and digital documentation Support recruitment activities by helping to screen CVs, schedule interviews andcommunicate with candidates Help draft and manage templates for HR documents, including letters and forms Participate in onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and documentation What We're Looking For 1 - 2 years of experience in an HR admin role or similar Proven experience liaising with government authorities regarding employment documentation (Jobsplus, Identita etc.). Good communication skills Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). High level of discretion with confidential data, strong organisational skills, and keen eye for detail.
