About Azurreo
Azurreo is the telecommunications and technology arm of Seelon Holdings, a privately held international investment group operating across four continents. We specialise in telecom network performance testing, measuring quality of service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) for operators and technology vendors worldwide.
The role
Reporting to the Global People & Culture Manager, you will support the team across three areas: recruitment on assigned roles from posting to offer, the employee journey at arrival and departure, and the accuracy and organisation of our people systems. This is an entry-level role with close guidance, structured training and clear room to grow.
What you will do
Recruitment on assigned roles
- Run the full recruitment cycle on the roles assigned to you: publish job postings, screen applications and shortlist candidates against agreed criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and collect structured feedback after each stage.
- Manage candidate communication professionally and on time, from acknowledgement to outcome.
- Keep every candidate record complete and current in our people platform.
- Prepare offer documentation for review and support the handover to onboarding.
Onboarding and offboarding
- Run the arrival and departure checklists for every joiner and leaver, making sure each step is completed and recorded.
- Coordinate system access creation and removal with the IT team.
- Handle departure administration, including equipment return follow-up and confirmation that access has been removed.
First-line People & Culture support
- Respond to employee questions received through our internal request system, within agreed response times.
- Resolve standard queries using our People & Culture guides and policies, and escalate anything sensitive or non-standard.
People systems and records
- Keep people data accurate and up to date, recording joiners, leavers and changes as they happen.
- Maintain the request system so every request is logged, assigned, updated and closed.
- Organise and maintain the team's shared document spaces: structure, naming, current versions and access permissions.
What success looks like in your first 90 days
- Every joiner and leaver in the period has a completed, recorded checklist.
- People records and candidate data are current, with no backlog.
- Employee requests are logged and answered within the agreed timeframe.
- At least one assigned role has progressed to shortlist or offer, with complete records.
What we are looking for
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Up to one year of experience in Human Resources, People Operations or recruitment; internships count, and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Strong organisation and follow-through.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Discretion with confidential information.
- A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection.
Nice to have: exposure to an applicant tracking system, experience using AI tools for screening or administrative work, or previous work in a remote team.
What we offer
- Fully remote work within a multinational team.
- Structured training and hands-on mentoring from the Global People & Culture Manager.
- Real ownership of people processes early in your career, with a clear path to broader responsibility.
