Your Mission is to own employee lifecycle, KSA government compliance platforms, employee relations, and performance management across our Egypt and KSA operations. What You'll Own Employee Documentation Own and maintain employee files, contracts, and personnel records across Egypt and KSA Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready at all times KSA Government Platforms Manage KSA employee processes through Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad — including work permits, iqama and visa/sponsorship processing, GOSI registration and contributions, and WPS payroll compliance Employee Relations Manage the ER caseload across both markets — grievances, warnings, PIPs, disciplinary processes, and terminations Advise managers on labor law risk and compliant process. Performance Management Support and help run the performance management cycle across Egypt and KSA — reviews, goal-setting documentation, and PIP processes Ensure consistency and compliance in how performance issues are documented and escalated in both markets Who You Are 3–6 years of HR experience with a strong, demonstrated track record in Personnel Administration and Employee Relations Solid working knowledge of Egyptian labor law Hands-on experience with KSA government HR platforms — Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad — not just familiarity, actual operational experience Experience supporting or running performance management processes (reviews, PIPs, goal documentation) Department People Locations Koinz, Cairo Office Remote status Hybrid Employment type Full-time About Koinz Koinz is Saudi Arabia’s leading social food ordering experience — the app that transforms everyday coffee and dining into a fun, rewarding, and shareable lifestyle.
