Job Description This is a remote position. This position offers 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible start date. You will be working alongside our tremendous People & Operations Team . On any given day, you might be: Coordinating contractor placements and supporting the seamless onboarding of new team members. Acting as a key point of contact for contractors, helping address questions, concerns, and administrative matters. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive service experience. Monitoring workforce assignments and helping ensure the right people are supporting the right clients. Collaborating with internal team members to support operational needs, workforce planning, and service continuity. Identifying and resolving logistical or administrative challenges before they impact clients or contractors. Supporting People & Culture initiatives, projects, and process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality. Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and workforce information. Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and operational coordination activities. Supporting leadership with day-to-day team operations, communication, and workflow management. Contributing to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional customer service. Serving as a trusted and professional representative of Seasons Care in all interactions with clients, contractors, and colleagues. Building long-term relationships within professional communities and networks. Requirements You are naturally confident, polished, and professional, and people genuinely enjoy working with you. You have business administration, operations, customer service, and/or business leadership experience. Education in Business Administration is appreciated, but not mandatory.
