Works with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues. Builds and maintains influential relationships by being a strategic partner with management and an advocate for employees. Provides guidance on employment law, coordinates performance management, and resolves employee relations issues. Acts as expert on human resources policies and procedures, such as payroll, benefits, compensation, employee development, and recruiting. Educates employees on policies, procedures, and programs. Responds to HR inquiries such as, but not limited to: Employment Law, Compensation, Training, HR systems, EEO, and/or Payroll. Enters and maintains data and participates in audits.
