People Services Associate

We're seeking a People Services Associate to support recruiting, onboarding, and employee HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, employees, and managers.

Details

• Duration: 8-9 month contract (potential for extension)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours, 40 hours per week
• Location: Fully remote within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate travel, and background checks
• Support onboarding activities, including new hire documentation and audits
• Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager HR questions via phone and email
• Maintain employee records and data in Workday
• Create and update HR guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles
• Partner with HR and recruiting teams on process improvements
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
• Support the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and ongoing HR support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, recruiting coordination, or related HR support roles
• Experience supporting both recruiting processes and employee onboarding
• Hands-on Workday experience, including data management and employee record updates
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information

Preferred

• Experience in gaming, entertainment, or technology environments
• Experience creating HR documentation, guides, or knowledge articles
• Process improvement experience

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.47/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
