The People Solutions Navigator III serves as a primary point of contact for team member and leader inquiries regarding Human Resources concerns in specialty areas. Working under minimal supervision for routine situations, this role exhibits excellent customer service to resolve various issues, coordinates more complex business processes, and provides expertise support to specific departmental needs.
This position will support the Human Resources compliance function specifically, including credentialing and employee file maintenance.
Key responsibilities include leading regulatory audits, identifying and escalating credentialing issues as appropriate, and partnering with the PSC Manager on reverification and Employment Authorization Document (EAD) matters. The position is also responsible for scanning and maintaining departmental files and serving as an organizational resource for questions related to credentials, compliance requirements, and employee file management.
Essential Job Function:
- Offers recommendations regarding specialty HR inquiries in adherence to established protocol and policies to resolve employee issues.
- Leads the implementation of special projects within Human Resources to promote learning and a positive employee experience.
- Promotes conflict resolution by using effective communication techniques to de-escalate the situation.
- Maintains knowledge of current laws and HR policies in order to make accurate judgements in response to employee inquiries.
- Updates the HR Knowledge Base when new information is encountered that may affect procedures.
- Provides unique insight to key areas of the business such as Processes + Platform Functionality, Compliance, Advanced Pre-boarding, Adv Leaves/Worker's Comp, and Bonus Management.
- Acts as a preceptor to more junior team members, supporting their growth and development in the department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Required: Associate's Degree.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
- Required: 5 years of related experience. Experience with Human Resource compliance functions preferred.
