About the role We're seeking a Senior Performance Designer to own and elevate our direct response creative across Meta, Google and Amazon. This role is ideal for a creative who knows what makes an ad convert, understands the nuances of paid social design, and loves bringing performance data into the design process. You'll lead the development of high-performing static and motion ads while helping manage a small but mighty team of designers. This role is both strategic and hand on in shaping our creative direction.
