About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who can help grow ReplyFy through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.

Your primary goal will be to generate quality conversions while maintaining a Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) of around ₹20.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Generate customer conversions for ReplyFy.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve a CAC of approximately ₹20.
• Test different creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Share simple weekly performance reports.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Familiarity with digital marketing metrics like CPC, CTR, CPM, CAC, and ROAS.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.

Bonus:

• Previous experience with Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Pixel, or A/B testing.
