Why You'll Want This Role 6-week apprentice-style onboarding covering advanced paid media, financial literacy, testing, and incrementality Direct exposure to 8 and 9 figure eCommerce brands and meaningful advertising budgets Weekly technical & strategy sessions with experienced growth leaders Access to P&L-integrated dashboards, forecasting tools, and structured experimentation frameworks Build skills beyond media buying across finance, data science, creative performance, and growth strategy Clear progression based on competency and commercial impact: Performance Marketer → Growth Performance Marketer → Senior Performance Marketer → Growth Strategist Remote-first environment with APAC-friendly hours, paid time off, and annual global team retreats What You'll Do Plan, manage, and scale paid media across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels Analyze performance, attribution, and incrementality to identify profitable growth opportunities Connect campaign performance to CAC, LTV, contribution margin, MER/aMER, payback, and broader business outcomes Build and execute structured tests across media, creative, audiences, offers, and other growth levers Diagnose performance issues and make data-driven budget and campaign decisions Develop a deep understanding of each client's business model, customers, margins, positioning, and growth constraints Translate data into clear recommendations and communicate commercial impact to clients, founders, and senior stakeholders What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally with DTC/eCommerce brands Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Experience personally managing meaningful advertising budgets Proven ability to diagnose performance issues, run structured tests, and scale campaigns Experience across multiple accounts, channels, or brands Strong communication skills with clients, founders, or senior stakeholders Understanding of CAC, LTV, contribution margin, MER/aMER, and payback periods Commercial mindset with an interest in understanding the business beyond Ads Manager Multiple Levels Considered We’re hiring across Growth Performance Marketer, Senior Performance Marketer, and Growth Strategist levels.
