Performance Marketeer
KUBUSHelp the right customers discover BIMcollab and turn campaign insights into sustainable growth.
At BIMcollab, we help architecture, engineering and construction teams work with greater clarity, control and confidence.
Our platform connects models, documents, issues, data and workflows, enabling teams to make better decisions throughout every BIM phase. We are looking for a Performance Marketeer to take ownership of our international paid media and help us grow across markets.
You will manage our Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, test new paid channels and recommend where to invest. You combine practical campaign experience with the ability to explain what works, why it works and what should happen next.
Around 80% of your time will focus on paid acquisition. The remaining 20% will go towards website health and technical SEO, supported by colleagues and our external development partner.
Your responsibilities will include:
Build and improve paid campaigns. Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across international markets, working with content and design colleagues on messaging, creative and landing pages.
Identify where we can scale. Understand cost per lead in each country, assess lead quality and pipeline contribution, and identify which channels and markets are ready for more investment.
Own the paid media budget. Allocate spend across campaigns and markets, bringing clear recommendations on where to scale, adjust or stop.
Test and learn. Run structured experiments across audiences, ads, landing pages and new paid channels, and put the findings into practice.
Manage paid campaigns from start to finish. Coordinate briefs, tracking, launch dates and reporting, keeping colleagues involved throughout.
Keep our website healthy. Monitor technical SEO, site performance, forms and tracking. Identify when something breaks, make straightforward updates in WordPress and HubSpot, and coordinate larger fixes with our development partner.
Connect activity to commercial outcomes. Use HubSpot, GA4 and advertising platform data to understand how campaigns contribute to sales opportunities and self-onboarding.
Your team
You’ll join a marketing team of five and report to the Head of Marketing. You’ll work with our Product & Content Marketeer and design colleagues on ads and landing pages, and with Sales and Customer Success to understand what happens to the leads you generate.
What you need to succeed
You’re comfortable running paid media independently, setting priorities and bringing recommendations with minimal direction. You enjoy working in the accounts yourself and following results beyond the first conversion.
You bring:
Strong hand-on experience independently managing paid campaigns and budgets, including Google Ads and Linkedin Ads.
Strong analytical judgement: you notice changes in performance, investigate the causes and take action.
An understanding of how acquisition costs, lead quality and sales pipeline fit together.
Practical experience with GA4, conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager.
Working knowledge of technical SEO and confidence making page updates in WordPress.
The ability to brief external specialists clearly and verify that website fixes resolve the issue.
A collaborative approach to planning, delivery and sharing knowledge.
Professional fluency in English. Dutch is a plus.
Agency experience is very welcome. Experience in B2B SaaS, international campaigns, Microsoft Advertising, and HubSpot would also be valuable.
