As a Performance Marketing Intern at SoScale, you’ll work closely with performance marketers, creative strategists, and content teams to help launch, analyze, and improve campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok. You’ll learn how modern growth marketing actually works — combining data, creative testing, audience psychology, and platform strategy to scale brands profitably. This role is perfect for someone analytical, curious, competitive, and eager to understand how content, media buying, and business growth connect. You won’t just observe dashboards. You’ll contribute to real campaigns from day one.
