We're looking for a curious and driven Performance Marketing Intern to join our team and learn the craft hands-on alongside experienced specialists.

Working Model: Hybrid. Mondays at our Kolektif House Maslak office, remote for the rest of the week.

What you'll do:

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok & YouTube

Assist in setting up and managing accounts connected to ad networks such as Google Merchant Center

Help build dynamic reports using Looker Studio and other analytics tools

Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas for optimization

Prepare weekly updates and performance summaries for the team

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to keep campaigns running smoothly

What we're looking for:

Final-year university student or recent graduate, ideally in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field

Hands-on familiarity with ad platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships)

Experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools is a nice to have

Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); Keynote is a plus

Comfortable with Zoom and other online communication tools

Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Genuine interest in social media, digital trends, and emerging technologies

An analytical mindset with curiosity for numbers and data

A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

Strong communication skills and eagerness to take ownership
