We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to join our team, take ownership of our growth strategy, and follow a proven roadmap to become a world-class operator leading high-performance direct-response businesses.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing:

• Phase 1 - Strategy & Audit: Perform an immediate audit of our primary Meta ad accounts ($500k+/mo spend), optimize baseline unit economics (CPL, ROAS), and refine funnels.

• Phase 2 - Channel Expansion: Design and execute testing playbooks to profitably generate leads across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Native networks (Taboola/Outbrain).

• Phase 3 - Team Building: Identify staffing needs, recruit, and manage a high-performing team of media buyers, creative strategists, and video editors (or oversee specialized agencies).

• Ongoing P&L Ownership: Work directly with the Founder to translate high-level revenue goals into performance targets, maintaining full accountability for overall brand profitability.

✅ What We Expect From You:

• 3+ Years of Direct-Response Scale: Proven track record managing and profitably scaling campaigns past $100-250k+/month (US market, lead gen, e-com or consumer apps preferred).

• Channel Mastery: Deep mastery of Meta Ads (essential), paired with strategic knowledge or hands-on experience in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or Native advertising (highly desirable).

• Creative Strategy & CRO: Strong eye for direct-response copywriting, winning ad concepts, maintaining swipe files of competitor/market inspiration, and landing page optimization (CRO).

• Data & Numerical Rigor: Strong numerical ability with a passion for metrics, unit economics (CPL, ROAS), and funnel analytics to guide profit-first decisions.

• Leveraging Modern AI Tools: Familiarity with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Codex) to accelerate research, scripting, workflow automation, and execution speed.

• Leadership Readiness: Prepared to step up from platform execution into building, leading, and mentoring an internal team or managing external agency partners.

• Fluent English: Strong written and spoken English to direct creative teams, present performance data clearly, and collaborate directly with the Founder.

• Driven Mindset: High agency and ambition to push the numbers and your career forward in a supportive, fast-moving environment.
