Performance Marketing Manager

Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth through data-driven digital campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display; managing budgets; and tracking performance against key metrics. The role involves analyzing campaign data, generating insights, and recommending improvements to increase ROI and reduce customer acquisition costs. This position also collaborates with cross-functional teams to align messaging, landing pages, and funnels with overall marketing and product strategies, while continuously testing new tactics and channels.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, including managing and optimizing paid search, paid social, and display campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools, A/B testing, and data dashboards to drive decisions.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, funnel optimization, and attribution models in a digital environment.
• Experience working with SaaS or technology products, preferably in B2B or operations-focused solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in common marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead generation strategies is a plus.
• Familiarity with the commercial laundry or service operations industry is an advantage but not required.
