Performance Marketing Specialist

Beguile is a modern fragrance brand looking for someone who can turn ad spend into profitable, scalable growth. If you think in CPA, ROAS and testing velocity and you get satisfaction from watching acquisition cost drop while revenue climbs, this is for you. You'll own our paid acquisition end to end, running the campaigns that bring new customers to Beguile efficiently and at scale.

This is a remote and full-time in-house role as we're looking for someone fully dedicated to Beguile.

What you'll do:

• Own and manage our paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimise campaigns against clear CPA and ROAS targets
• Run structured creative and audience testing to drive down acquisition cost
• Set up and maintain clean attribution and tracking (UTMs, pixels, Shopify) so we trust our numbers
• Manage budgets across channels and know when to scale, hold, or cut
• Work closely with our creative team to brief and test ad creative that performs
• Report regularly on spend, performance and what you're changing and why

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience running paid social and search with real results (share your numbers)
• Strong grasp of Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat ads.
• Genuinely data-literate. You use analytics to make decisions, not to decorate reports
• Experience with attribution, tracking, and tools like Shopify and GA4
• Experience in ecommerce or DTC, ideally beauty, fragrance, or fashion
• Proactive and self-directed. You own outcomes without being managed to them

Bonus points

• Existing knowledge of or passion for fragrance or beauty
• Hands-on experience scaling a DTC brand's paid spend past a meaningful monthly budget
• Experience building attribution or reporting dashboards (GA4, Triple Whale or similar)
• A track record of briefing high-performing UGC and native ad creative for TikTok and Meta
• Comfort with Shopify analytics and ecommerce metrics (AOV, LTV, contribution margin)
• Experience running creator or influencer-led paid campaigns
