Performance Marketing Specialist

Omnicliq is one of Greece's most awarded performance marketing agencies, a Google Premier Partner managing over €40M in annual ad spend across retail, travel, pharma, and consumer electronics, with clients in Greece and across 14 markets. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join one of our PPC teams and take full account-level ownership of mid-to-large client accounts across e-commerce and lead generation. This is not a pure execution role, we are looking for someone who thinks at account level, explains the "why" behind performance, and acts with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and performance of a portfolio of mid accounts across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft Ads.
• Design campaign structure, segmentation, and funnel architecture for each account.
• Define targeting strategies, optimization direction, and creative briefs where needed.
• Analyze performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• Present results and strategy directly to clients in monthly structured reviews and ad hoc meetings.
• Collaborate with junior team members, providing direction on execution-level tasks.
• Use Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Power BI for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with clear KPI targets.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to turn data into strategy, not just optimization tweaks.
• Excellent communication skills: comfortable presenting to clients.
• Account-level thinking: you own the outcome, not just the tasks.

Good to have

• Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools (Data Studio, Power BI).
• Experience with Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Background in e-commerce verticals (fashion, furniture, supplements, pharma).
