Performance Marketing Trainee

O que vais fazer:

• Apoiar na gestão, otimização e monitorização de campanhas no ecossistema de Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook e Instagram), TikTok e outras plataformas de paid media.
• Participar na análise de resultados e na construção de reports, transformando dados em insights.
• Apoiar e aprender a desenvolver estratégias de marketing digital, compreendendo objetivos, KPIs e abordagem de media.
• Ter contacto progressivo com equipas de marca, participando em reuniões e apresentações de estratégia e resultados.

Requisitos:

• Licenciatura em Gestão de Marketing, Publicidade ou área similar (concluída).
• Elegibilidade para o programa Estágios +Talento do IEFP.
• Elevada organização e atenção ao detalhe.
• Forte capacidade analítica e gosto por trabalhar com dados.
• Bons conhecimentos de Excel.
• Bom nível de inglês, oral e escrito.
• Paixão por marketing digital e vontade de aprender sobre gestão de campanhas.
• Atitude positiva, capacidade de resolução de problemas e desejo constante de melhoria.
