We are currently searching for a Performance Tester: The Challenge (Responsibilities) Conduct performance, load, stress, and endurance testing. Develop browser-based and protocol-level tests, including file upload and multipart transaction testing. Model concurrent user and transaction volumes to simulate real-world scenarios. Perform end-to-end customer journey scripting across multiple systems. Execute backend monitoring and telemetry correlation during testing. Isolate bottlenecks across applications, middleware, databases, and dependencies. Perform capacity and breakpoint analysis, as well as synthetic monitoring for critical customer journeys. Define and manage performance NFRs, acceptance criteria, and release gates. Compare test results with actual production behavior and provide clear root-cause documentation and remediation validation. Your Profile (Requirements) Strong experience with LoadRunner , JMeter , Gatling , k6 , or a comparable performance testing tool. Proven experience in performance testing applications developed in Java , specifically involving WebSphere , WebLogic , and Oracle . High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." Desired Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants. Languages Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams. Advanced Spanish.
