Performance Video Editor - Contract

A portfolio of work is required for consideration for this role, and it must contain paid Meta or TikTok ad samples. Responsibilities: Working with our Paid Social Creative Team to cut videos into high-performing ads. Staying entrenched in day-to-day performance results, understanding the data, and converting those insights into creative iterations. Keeping up-to-date on trends across social media platforms and proactively proposing opportunities to the team. Strategically and proactively adding in video elements, formats, or styles to diversify content and increase performance metrics including ROAS and thumbstop Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience Experience in Adobe Premiere, with bonus points for experience in After Effects and the broader Adobe Creative Suite Background in creating and working with high-quality user-generated content, and a portfolio to demonstrate those skills Strong organizational and communication skills Highly collaborative, a self-starter, and low ego Nice to Have: Experience creating content for our demographic: parents of younger children Experience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment General knowledge of Figma, Notion, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite Hours: Up to 40 hours through the end of 2026. Pay: $50/hr
