Perfromance Marketing Specialist

At Loop Media, our priority is to grow together with our clients. We've launched digital marketing campaigns in 35+ countries — and we're looking for a senior hire to help build the technical backbone behind them.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Patras. This is a hybrid position. The candidate must be able to work from home and attend the office if needed.

What you'll bring:

• A proven track record managing high-budget performance campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and native ad networks

• Several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce

• A Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing or Computer Science background

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

• Comfort using AI tools day-to-day — prompting assistants like Claude to build and automate workflows, and generative tools like Nano Banana to produce creative assets

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and remotely

• Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams

• A data-driven mindset with a proven ability to turn budget into performance
