Our VIP players expect a personal-manager level of service: fast responses, attention to detail, and someone who's genuinely on their side. We're looking for a VIP Account Manager to be exactly that person for them — someone who runs personal communication, offers the right conditions at the right moment, and retains loyalty even where others would lose the client. This is a role for someone who can combine empathy and analytics: sense the client while also seeing the numbers, activity patterns, and growth opportunities behind them. What your work will look like Personal management of VIP and pre-VIP clients across calls, chats, email, and messengers in a consistent communication style and in the client's language (Turkish); Building long-term relationships: you reach out first at the right moment — a big win or loss, a birthday, a drop in activity — rather than just responding to incoming requests; Individual work with each client: account analysis, activation and reactivation plans, and finding ways to improve their experience; Negotiating personal conditions — limits, cashback, exclusive bonuses — within the framework agreed with the company; Handling difficult situations: payout delays, bonus disputes, failed deposits and withdrawals — while keeping the client loyal; Impacting key metrics: growing your clients' deposits and turnover, and meeting individual and team targets. What matters to us (required) Turkish — C1; Russian — B2; English — B1 or higher; 1–2 years of experience working with VIP clients; Experience in personal communication with VIP clients across several channels at once (WhatsApp, Telegram, calls, email) while maintaining a consistent style; Discipline and punctuality: readiness to meet response-time SLAs for VIP players; Proactivity: the ability to initiate contact at the right moment, not just react. Nice to have Confident work with CRM systems; Knowledge of bonus mechanics and promo tools: wager, cashback, freebets, personal limits; Conflict de-escalation skills (payout delays, bonus disputes) while retaining loyalty; Experience negotiating personal conditions with clients.
