What will you be doing here?

A pessoa será responsável pela coordenação de Ciência de Dados & IA e por estruturar e gerenciar o portfólio de iniciativas analíticas da área, garantindo a entrega de modelos preditivos e soluções de Inteligência Artificial de alto impacto. Atuará na ponte entre as áreas de negócio e o time técnico, promovendo uma cultura orientada a dados, boas práticas de MLOps e o desenvolvimento de talentos.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

• Gestão de Projetos e Portfólio de Dados: Planejar, priorizar e acompanhar o ciclo de vida completo dos projetos de Ciência de Dados e IA (desde a concepção até a colocação em produção e sustentação).
• Interface com Negócio: Atuar em parceria com stakeholders internos para traduzir desafios operacionais e estratégicos em soluções de analytics/IA, gerenciando expectativas e alinhando prazos e entregáveis.
• Liderança e Gestão de Pessoas: Orientar e desenvolver o time técnico (cientistas de dados, engenheiros e analistas), promovendo autonomia, crescimento profissional e um ambiente colaborativo.
• Governança e Qualidade Técnica: Garantir a adoção de boas práticas de modelagem, governança de dados, reprodutibilidade, segurança e alinhamento com os padrões arquiteturais de IA.
• Monitoramento e Acompanhamento de Impacto: Definir e acompanhar KPIs de performance dos modelos e valor gerado para o negócio, realizando ajustes contínuos nas soluções implantadas.

Quais os Requisitos?

• Gestão e Liderança: Experiência com coordenação técnica ou liderança de equipes de dados/analytics; habilidade em gestão de projetos (metodologias ágeis como Scrum/Kanban).
• Conhecimento Técnico em IA e Data Science: Domínio dos conceitos do ciclo de vida de Machine Learning, estatística aplicada e MLOps.
• Visão de Negócio e Comunicação: Capacidade analítica para conectar inteligência de dados a resultados de negócio e excelente comunicação verbal e escrita para traduzir temas técnicos a executivos.
• Resolução de Problemas e Organização: Forte capacidade de organização, gerenciamento de riscos e priorização de escopo em ambientes dinâmicos.
