Our clients come to us after being let down elsewhere, and our Account Managers are the reason they stay.

We are hiring a Philippine-based Account Manager to own a portfolio of US client accounts. You are the first voice clients hear, the person who keeps them confident, and the bridge between them and our SEO, Google Ads, content, design, and dev teams.

This is a client-facing account management role, not a hands-on specialist seat. You will not build the campaigns yourself, but you must know SEO and Google Ads well enough to explain the strategy and the results in language a business owner trusts.

What you will own

• A portfolio of US client accounts as their primary point of contact
• Monthly and bi-monthly update calls, plus onboarding for new clients
• Clear briefs that turn client goals into work for our internal teams
• Plain-language explanations of SEO and Google Ads strategy and performance
• Proactive expectation management that heads off problems early

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience across both SEO and Google Ads
• Real account management: you have owned client relationships and retention, not just run campaigns
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organization across multiple accounts
• Ability to work an overnight, US-aligned schedule from the Philippines

The setup

• Full-time, fully remote, Philippines-based
• 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM PH time
• 1,000 USD per month; performance evaluated at six months, with score-based increases (possible, not automatic)
• Unlimited PTO, paid Philippine holidays, birthday perks, subsidized power station, HMO in progress
