Pharmaceutical Business Support (m/f/d) – Europe

Your mission Join the NAGASE Group as our next Pharmaceutical Business Support (m/f/d) and support the European pharmaceutical market as a central liaison between suppliers and clients. Act as the main point of contact for European suppliers and clients Handle pharmaceutical raw materials (intermediates, APIs, excipients), ensuring quality and regulatory compliance Support new and ongoing inquiries by identifying potential suppliers in Europe Drive new product development projects with suppliers and clients globally Manage quotations, contracts, and orders in close coordination with logistics and compliance teams Monitor delivery schedules and ensure alignment with customer requirements Your profile Work experience Minimum 3+ years of on-site sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, APIs, or healthcare-related industries Experience in international business, import/export processes, and regulatory compliance Proven negotiation experience with overseas manufacturers and clients Skills & qualifications Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Business Administration Proficient in Microsoft Office Basic understanding of GMP and GDP guidelines Personal skills Adaptable, responsible, and trustworthy in building long-term business relationships Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements Working location & mobility Based in Düsseldorf, with the possibility to work remotely within Germany Regular presence at the Düsseldorf office is required Willingness to travel and work independently in a global environment Why us?
