Wir suchen für die Facharztlinie Urologie/Orthopädie im Außendienst ab sofort in Vollzeit, für das Gebiet Hamburg-Nord, Kiel, Flensburg & Schleswig eine/n: Pharmareferent/in (w/m/d) Der Regionalleitung direkt unterstellt, übernimmst du, jeweils alleine im Gebiet, die folgenden Aufgaben: Vorstellung und/bzw. direkter Verkauf unserer Produkte bei ausgewählten Kunden unserer Fokus-Zielgruppen: Urologie, Uro-Onkologie und Orthopädie. Umsetzung der strategischen Vorgaben von Marketing und Vertrieb, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Targeting, Frequenz, Abdeckung sowie Arbeitsweisen. Organisation, Durchführung und Betreuung von Kundenveranstaltungen. Zielgerichteter Einsatz von IT-Systemen und -Tools für effektive Verkaufsgespräche und Verwaltungsaufgaben. Einhaltung aller rechtlichen und ethischen Richtlinien in der Pharmapromotion. Dein Profil: Pharmaberater/in (§ 75 AMG) oder geprüfte/r Pharmareferent/in mit Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen/medizintechnischen Außendienst, idealerweise im Direktvertrieb von Medizinprodukten/IGeL. Kenntnisse in Urologie und Orthopädie von Vorteil. Nachweisbare Verkaufserfolge, hohe soziale und fachliche Kompetenz, Eigenmotivation, Teamfähigkeit und Begeisterungsfähigkeit. Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und analytische Fähigkeiten. Sicher in MS Office, CRM, BI Tools, sowie im Targeting, Territory- und Omnichannel-Management. Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift. Führerschein Klasse B und Wohnort im/nahe Einsatzgebiet erforderlich.
