Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operational processes related to physical POS operations, ensuring compliance with SLA timelines Define POS banks and manage physical POS activation processes Investigate system errors and issues within physical POS operational processes and take the necessary actions to resolve them Identify system improvement opportunities within physical POS operational processes and collaborate with relevant teams Continuously review physical POS business processes under responsibility, identify inconsistencies with company policies, procedures, and instructions, and take necessary actions Track physical POS inventory and ensure records are kept up to date Respond to customer requests through written and verbal communication and take the necessary actions Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues Knowledge of POS systems and banking processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality What We Offer A culture of continuous development: conferences, in-house events to stay up-to-date on current trends and technology.
