Operating out of a bright, fully equipped facility with strength racks, cardio gear, and dedicated manual therapy space, Milo Physical Therapy integrates orthopedic rehabilitation, skilled manual techniques (including dry needling), post-op recovery, and sports performance programming to deliver tailored, relationship-driven care that gets patients back to the life they love.

Job Specifics:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to help growing practice. This PRN position begins with approximately 10 to 15 hours per week and offers the opportunity to build into a full-time caseload as patient demand increases.

You'll have the flexibility to provide care in our outpatient clinic, through mobile outpatient visits, or a combination of both. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys autonomy while helping establish and expand a specialized pelvic health program.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide variety of orthopedic and movement disorders

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals

• Educate patients on therapeutic exercise, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications

• Document clinical visits efficiently using our AI-powered mobile and desktop EMR

• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team

• Spearhead the growth and development of our dedicated pelvic floor service line

Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

• Excellent communication and patient education skills

• Reliable transportation for mobile patient visits

• Ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care

Job Type:

• Part-time to start but looking for someone who wants to grow a caseload to FT potential
