The Physician Contracts Analyst is responsible for ensuring physician contracts and agreements comply with all legal, governmental, and regulatory requirements. This role supports physician employment offers and provider compensation agreements for BayCare Medical Group and BayCare Behavioral Health.

Position Summary
The Physician Contracts Analyst is responsible for ensuring physician contracts and agreements comply with all legal, governmental, and regulatory requirements. This role supports physician employment offers and provider compensation agreements for BayCare Medical Group and BayCare Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating physician employment agreements and contract terms
- Conducting financial and compensation analyses related to physician recruitment and employment offers
- Reviewing agreements and recommending contract language to ensure compliance and consistency
- Serving as a key partner in the physician and advanced care provider recruitment process by meeting with candidates, discussing compensation, negotiating employment agreements, and coordinating documentation for onboarding
- Supporting ongoing physician compensation reviews, contract amendments, and compensation program administration
- Analyzing physician compensation policies and contract templates to identify updates needed due to new or revised compensation programs
- Collaborating with operational, legal, and physician leadership teams throughout the contracting process
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience working with contracts
- Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience working with contracts
Qualifications
- Healthcare, physician contracting, provider compensation, legal, finance, or recruitment experience
- Experience reviewing and negotiating complex agreements
- Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
