Responsibilities: Survey local primary and specialty physicians to increase the number of patient referrals Run quarterly physician referral reports Conduct ‘food drops’ at Michigan ENT offices Meet with local physicians to promote our facility's services Help our doctors build and maintain relationships with specialists and surgeons Grow physician referrals and connect our facility with the local healthcare community Meet with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, and new treatments Works in conjunction with the Marketing Coordinator to arrange and lead public relations campaigns and awareness efforts Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, personable demeanor Detail oriented We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
