Compensation: Budgeted between $63,900 and $90,000 dependent upon applicable experience. Remote: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. Responsibilities: Use all available resources to recruit new radiologists. Work closely with Radiology Group to determine needs and gaps. Place advertisements and market job posts as needed. Represent the company at various events, conferences, and trade shows to facilitate recruitment efforts. Conduct interviews with potential radiologists. Collaborate with other team members as needed to address staffing concerns and operational gaps. Draft and execute Independent Contractor agreements. Assist the Credentialing team with onboarding and addressing the needs of radiologists. Communicate regularly with all prospective radiologists to determine any problems or concerns. Assess the suitability of candidates in terms of their computer and programming efficiency. Ongoing support as needed to the Radiologists. Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Teleradiology Department and the Chief Medical Officer to communicate current recruitment efforts and the status of the candidate pipeline. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, interacting positively and productively with staff, physicians, other department managers and directors, and other organizational employees. Other duties as assigned. Business Impact: Builds and maintains a pipeline of high-performing radiologists who meet both technical and cultural fit requirements. Reduces time-to-fill metrics, supporting rapid scaling of teleradiology operations. Strengthens trust with partner clinics by ensuring quality staffing and responsive communication. Collaborates across Teleradiology, Credentialing, and People Operations to deliver seamless onboarding and sustained engagement. Deliverables: Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline with defined metrics for each recruitment stage. Deliver biweekly recruitment status reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and CMO. Execute recruitment marketing strategies, including event representation and digital campaigns. Partner with Credentialing to ensure new radiologists are fully onboarded and active within expected timeframes. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience . Experience : Three years experience in recruiting or related experience. Effective analytical ability and organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization. Ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction including physicians, clients, employees, and administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). Preferred: Previous experience recruiting radiologist or experience working in radiology. Knowledge with PACS system.
