We are currently looking for a PIM Data Cleansing Administrator who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the PIM Data Cleansing Lead, your focus will be on auditing, correcting, and completing our product data ahead of migration into our new PIM system. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for structured, detail-driven admin work with your capacity for creative problem-solving when data doesn't add up. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results. What you will do Review and cleanse product records in the PIM system, checking attributes against defined rules and flagging items requiring input from data owners. Apply formatting and validation rules to product records, logging issues and resolutions in a shared tracker to ensure auditability. Support PIM project activities, including preparing meeting materials, task tracking, and maintaining documentation such as change logs and process instructions. Coordinate with data owners (Merchandising, Logistics, Compliance) to request missing information and follow up on outstanding items, escalating blockers when needed. Assist in maintaining consistent data quality practices across product records and projects. What you should bring Must-haves 1–2 years of experience in a commercial environment (e.g., operations, admin, data, supply chain, e-commerce, finance, or similar). Strong Excel skills, including basic formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF), data validation, and structured data handling. High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume administrative work. Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders. Fluent English (spoken and written). Nice-to-haves Basic understanding of product data, master data, or ERP/PIM systems. Experience with data cleansing or migration projects. Exposure to large datasets (thousands of rows, multiple attributes). Interest in data quality, systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
