About the Role

Our client is looking for a Pipeline Operator (AI Web Product QA) to support the quality assurance of their AI-powered web products. This role is ideal for someone with strong web QA experience and exceptional attention to detail who can ensure that product builds perform and appear as expected before reaching users. You will act as the human quality check on the calculator production line — running builds, carefully reviewing outputs, identifying issues, and logging clear and precise tickets for the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and validate new product builds and releases.
• Perform detailed functional and visual QA of web-based products.
• Review calculator outputs and ensure they meet expected quality standards.
• Identify bugs, inconsistencies, UI issues, and unexpected behaviour.
• Log accurate and detailed QA tickets with clear reproduction steps.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes have not introduced new issues.
• Review visual output closely, including layouts, formatting, content, and responsiveness.
• Work closely with developers and product teams to communicate issues and verify fixes.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency across all QA checks.
• Follow established QA processes and contribute to improving testing workflows.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Web QA / Software Testing.
• Strong understanding of web application testing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality mindset.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to identify even minor visual and functional inconsistencies.
• Experience documenting bugs and creating clear, precise tickets.
• Good understanding of regression, functional, and UI testing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple QA tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working with development and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
