We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Plaintiff Personal Injury Reductions & Closing Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role is responsible for independently managing the final stage of plaintiff personal injury cases by negotiating medical balances, preparing settlement documentation, maximizing client recoveries, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a full-time remote Independent Contractor position based in Colombia. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where negotiation skills, attention to detail, and exceptional client communication are essential to success. The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Reductions Specialist to negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens and support the resolution of personal injury cases. Responsibilities Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens. Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions matters. Maintain accurate documentation in Litify. Prepare closing statements and related case documentation. Fluent in English and Spanish. Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience. Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
