We are pleased to be working with one of the most highly respected law firms in the South West. We are seeking applications from qualified lawyers who are either already working in the region or those that might be considering a relocation to one of the most beautiful regions in the UK. This firm has a number of offices located throughout Dorset and Somerset and this role can be based in any of them, with a good mix of hybrid working.
Role Description This full-time Planning Partner role requires at least 8 years' PQE with expertise in one or more of the following areas: obtaining planning permission, planning appeals, CIL, s106 and other agreements, judicial review, highways and public rights of way and environmental law.
Consideration will be given to experienced senior associates that feel that they have reached a 'glass ceiling' in the their current role and who is ready for their next challenge.
Qualifications
Qualified solicitor with 8 years' PQE in planning law
Qualified to practice law in England & Wales.
Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, work collaboratively in a team, and adapt to hybrid working arrangements.
