We provide business cloud services designed to solve various financial challenges. Our HR product line was launched in 2015 based on the need to streamline "financial transactions between companies and employees." Since then, the HR Product Development Division has expanded its lineup and currently operates 8 HR-related products.

■ Background

We offer a wide range of heavily used services, including automated personal financial management/asset management tools and business cloud services. We also implement single sign-on (SSO) and account aggregation technology to power these applications. Most of these products and features are developed in-house, supported not only by teams in Japan but also by our overseas development hubs.

The mission of the Platform and Reliability Engineering (PRE) Division is to stabilize Money Forward’s services and maximize engineering productivity by delivering reliable platforms and technical support.

■ Core Responsibilities

◎ Overview As a Platform Engineer, you will build and operate the common infrastructure (EKS platform) utilized across Money Forward's applications.

• Development, operation, and maintenance of the EKS environment
• Development, operation, and maintenance of associated tooling

◎ Specific Responsibilities within the Team (You will handle a subset of the following tasks; specifics can be aligned during interviews)

• Upgrading EKS and related add-ons
• Developing and maintaining open-source software (OSS) and tools used within the EKS environment (e.g., Karpenter, Vault)
• Monitoring, alert configuration, and incident response using Datadog
• Designing, building, and operating platforms (CI/CD pipelines, dev/test environments) to maximize developer productivity
• Performance optimization and establishing mechanisms to support it
• Setting up additional infrastructure environments (e.g., Transit Gateway)
• Cost optimization

■ Required Qualifications

◎ Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in design and operation within SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure domains
• Hands-on experience developing and operating production systems in cloud environments (specifically AWS)
• Experience with container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes or ECS
• Experience building and utilizing monitoring environments using observability/monitoring tools
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform or similar tools)
• Collaborative software development experience using Git pull requests and peer code reviews

◎ Language Skills

• Japanese: Not required
• English: TOEIC 700+ equivalent with the ability to participate in English meetings and written communication from day one

◎スキル・経験

SRE、DevOps、またはインフラ領域における設計及び運用を含む実務経験（5年以上）

クラウド環境（特にAWS）を用いた開発および本番システムの運用の実務経験

モニタリングやオブザーバビリティツールを活用したモニタリング環境の構築及び活用経験
