Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Platform Engineering Operations within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing financial and operational workflows related to cloud infrastructure, SaaS solutions, and technology procurement. The successful candidate will drive strategic cost management, ensure rigorous compliance, and enhance process efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end invoice processing and payment cycles to ensure accuracy and timely settlements.
- Manage sourcing strategies for SaaS applications, cloud services, and infrastructure components to maximize value.
- Develop and monitor financial forecasts while tracking realized savings against projected targets.
- Generate comprehensive reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making regarding technology spend.
- Coordinate operations involving contingent workforce resources to align with project demands.

- Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to regulatory standards and internal compliance policies.

- Execute procurement activities with a focus on strategic sourcing and supply chain integrity.

Requirements

- Possess 7 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in IT Services or a related technology domain.
- Demonstrate expertise in invoice and payment management within a complex organizational structure.
- Show proven capability in sourcing SaaS, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
- Exhibit strong skills in financial forecasting, savings tracking, and variance analysis.
- Be proficient in generating detailed reports and utilizing analytics tools for business insights.
- Have experience managing contingent workforce operations and related logistics.
- Display exceptional stakeholder management abilities with a focus on communication and negotiation.
- Maintain a solid understanding of audit procedures and compliance frameworks.
