What this role is all about As a Platform Operations Junior Engineer, you will support the operational backbone behind Infobip’s global communications platform. You will join a team that is evolving toward a broader operations model, with a focus on reducing operational silos, improving process efficiency, and using AI and automation to streamline repetitive work. The role combines technical administration, analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal teams, partners, and customers.
