About the Team: The Data, Analytics & AI (DnA) group is our central data and AI hub. We build the foundational data platform, models, and AI capabilities that power Arrive’s brands globally. This is greenfield work focused on long-term impact,high-quality engineering and collaboration. Role Overview: As Product Manager for DnA, you will define the vision for our global data platform and AI-powered products. You will bridge data engineering,analytics, and business, ensuring our products deliver measurable value across all Arrive brands. You are the voice of the data consumer, translating complex needs into a prioritized roadmap and delivering high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Own the product strategy and roadmap for data platform domains, including pipelines, storage, cataloging, and analytics infrastructure. • Serve as the voice of the customer for internal users, conducting discovery to understand workflows and prioritize high-impact solutions. • Champion a "data as a product" mindset to ensure all platform assets are discoverable, reliable, and thoroughly documented. • Define and track key performance metrics, such as adoption rates, data quality, SLAs, and cost-to-serve, to measure business value. • Partner with data engineering, security, and compliance to translate technical architecture decisions—such as AI/ML workflows and governance—into actionable plans. • Customer Discovery: Lead discovery sessions to understand the needs of analytics, data science, and product teams. • Own the product strategy and roadmap for one or more data platform domains (e.g., data movement/pipelines, storage & serving, discovery & cataloging, governance & quality, or experimentation/analytics infrastructure). Required Skills: • Product management leadership experience: 5+ years in Product Management with at least 2+ years in data engineering/ML. • Proven ability in structured customer discovery and problem definition. • Strong data literacy ( hypothesis testing, data quality metrics). • Experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow). • AI-everywhere mindset - demonstrated hands on to use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) to align teams and improve efficiency on product management. • Track record of shipping technical products for internal/developer audiences, including defining metrics and driving adoption, not just delivery. • Experience managing a roadmap across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and translating ambiguous, competing needs into clear priorities. • Strong verbal and written communication—this role runs on RFCs, requirements docs, and stakeholder alignment more than pixels. • You enjoy leading and facilitating, seeking to understand both business and technology. Nice to Haves : • Experience in multi-brand/multi-region data environments. • Background in mobility, logistics, or platform businesses. • Experience with data governance or AI model deployment. • 0→1 experience standing up a new data product or platform capability from scratch.
