Platform Product Manager

We’re hiring a Platform Product Manager to join our Product team in Malta.

This role is for someone who likes being close to delivery — managing priorities, keeping a busy backlog moving and making sure Product, Development and Operations get what they need.

You’ll be the main point of contact for our external back-office development team, taking ownership of requirements, deadlines, priorities and day-to-day communication.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the platform and back-office development backlog

• Prioritising requirements and keeping delivery on track

• Working closely with Product, Development, Operations and other stakeholders across the business

• Acting as the main point of contact for our external development partner

• Following up on blockers, deadlines and outstanding deliverables

• Making sure changing priorities are translated into clear, actionable requirements

• Keeping stakeholders informed and making sure things actually move forward

What we’re looking for:

• Around 2–3 years’ experience in Product, Platform, Project Delivery or a similar role

• Experience working closely with development or technical teams

• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

• Someone persistent, proactive and comfortable challenging when something isn’t moving

• Confidence working across multiple teams and changing priorities

• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools

• B2C casino experience would be an advantage

• B2B platform experience would be particularly valuable

The role is based in Malta and follows a 4-day office / 1-day remote working model.
