What You´ll Do Collaborate closely with engineers, key users, and process owners to translate business and engineering requirements into efficient PLM workflows and improved CAD design methodologies Optimize and maintain critical PLM processes including Engineering Change Requests and Notices, BOM management, document control, and product configuration management Own and manage PLM master data including standards, libraries, templates, materials, and standard part repositories Gather, prioritize, and implement enhancement requests while managing the PLM improvement roadmap and backlog Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across all PLM data, including export control requirements, project standards, and regulatory obligations Define and maintain user roles, permissions, and data access structures across projects, departments, and international sites Support the integration and alignment of PLM processes with business systems such as ERP and quality management platforms Act as a trusted subject matter expert for Teamcenter and NX, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices to users across the organization
