PMO Consultant ( SAP /Windchill interface) German speaking

Role Overview

Support the internal project leadership team in the organizational management of the SAP/Windchill Interface Task Force as a PMO Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical activities across all participating teams.

• Organize and facilitate governance meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions, risks, and action items.

• Establish a structured reporting framework, including status reports, executive summaries, and KPI dashboards for the Steering Committee.

• Maintain the project Risk Register and Issue Log, coordinating mitigation actions with designated Single Points of Contact.

• Coordinate communication between SAP, Windchill, Middleware, Business, and Service teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in PMO or Project Management roles within complex international IT environments.

• Proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and executive reporting.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and project planning tools.

• Excellent English communication skills and working proficiency in German.

• Experience with SAP, PLM (PTC Windchill), enterprise integration, and manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
