PMO E2E Pipeline (m/f/d)

What we are looking for:

• Education & Experience: University degree with multiple years of experience in Project/Program Management and advanced facilitation.
• Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking: Strong business understanding and strategic thinking; functional experience in Supply, R&D, S&F, or Marketing is highly preferred.
• Core Skills: Highly structured, strong ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, and digitally savvy.
• Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Interpersonal Skills: Proactive, collaborative, and skilled at managing senior stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities:

• Pipeline & Resource Governance: orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver a balanced End-to-End (E2E) pipeline (Growth, Productivity, Sustainability, and Network). Facilitate regional prioritization with senior leaders, drive the Load Lock Deliver (LLD) process, and drive high quality process and stage-gate governance.
• Tools & Visualization: Own and evolve digitize pipeline tools (Workdays, 9-Box-Grid, Syncflow) to simplify complex data for strategic trade-off discussions. Align continuous improvements with business-wide OGSM strategies.
• E2E Facilitation: Drive the regional S&OP+ process by facilitating the E2E Pipeline Meeting. Partner with Cat & Dog Team Leaders to identify portfolio synergies and optimize resources and integrate large scale programs.
• Affiliate Management: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for affiliate requests. Represent the unit in the Global Affiliate Forum (GAF) to align priorities, manage risks, and lead escalations.
