PMO Specialist (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled PMO Specialist to join our client's team and oversee the project portfolio for US Operations. This remote position focuses on optimizing project management processes and ensuring high-quality standards within the ePPM system. You will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and maintaining data integrity, supporting effective decision-making and continuous performance improvement. Your tasks

• Managing and overseeing the end-to-end project portfolio in ePPM, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and up-to-date project data
• Driving portfolio governance, including coordination of project flow through defined stage gates and approval processes
• Ensuring effective portfolio consolidation, providing a single, reliable source of truth for all initiatives
• Monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and overall health
• Enabling productivity improvements by identifying inefficiencies and driving portfolio optimization actions
• Ensuring data quality and discipline, driving accountability across project owners for timely and accurate updates in ePPM
• Providing basic training to users and actionable insights to leadership to support prioritization and decision-making
• Continuously improving PMO standards, processes, and tool adoption to increase transparency and execution efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles
• Strong expertise in Project Management Office practices and methodologies
• Proven experience in report preparation and performance monitoring
• Ability to drive productivity improvements and optimize project portfolios
• Familiarity with ePPM systems and data governance
• Advanced level of English
