Poland - DA Services Supervisor

Role Summary: The role of the DA Services Supervisor will be to support DA Services operations by performing standard job-level and DA-level quality checks, dispatching DAs, and assisting with query resolution. Please submit your application and CV in English. Key Responsibilities: Monitor jobs in Optic. Independently prepare, review, and issue standard DAs end-to-end in the DA system. Perform quality checks on DA drafts prior to dispatch, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer requirements. Monitor DA status daily and ensure timely submission and closure. Dispatch DAs via appropriate channels in line with defined dispatch modes. Log customer queries or disputes and escalate unresolved cases Respond to standard customer queries related to issued DAs. Cooperate with LPA to clarify standard issues and resolve discrepancies. Ensure data accuracy and correct DA status management in the system. Participate in process improvements and knowledge sharing. Perform other tasks as assigned. Candidate Requirements: Good understanding of DA processes, quality checks, customer requirements and vendor invoices workflow. Knowledge of Optic and DA standards. Experience processing and reviewing standard DA cases end-to-end. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business communication tools. Ability to handle DA processes independently. Strong accuracy and analytical skills. Ability to work independently on standard cases. Ability to resolve standard issues. Effective communication. Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
