Artwork Coordinator – Packaging projects – Global Dermatology About the role We are looking for an Artwork Coordinator to join a global project supporting one of the world’s leading companies in dermatology. Working under the responsibility of the Global Artwork Lead, you will coordinate artwork creation and modification projects across multiple markets, business units and production sites , ensuring that artwork is delivered accurately, on time and in line with global strategies and regulatory requirements. This is a highly cross-functional and international role , connecting affiliates, Regulatory, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Graphic Design teams. What you'll be doing Coordinate global artwork projects Manage artwork creation and modification projects from brief through to final approval. Review incoming requests, assess feasibility and ensure all required information is available. Coordinate artwork activities across multiple markets, production sites and external manufacturing partners. Ensure artwork briefs are complete, accurate and aligned with project requirements Connect global stakeholders Act as a key point of coordination between affiliates, project managers, Regulatory, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, MS&T and Graphic Design teams. Clarify requirements, resolve issues and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project. Coordinate with graphic design teams to ensure priorities and deadlines are clearly understood and achieved. Manage artwork development & approvals Provide complete artwork briefs to graphic design teams. Coordinate artwork reviews and approvals with affiliates and relevant global functions. Manage artwork information and metadata in Veeva Vault . Follow up on approvals and ensure agreed timelines are met. Identify and communicate any potential timing, cost or scope impacts. Plan, monitor & improve Coordinate artwork forecasts and assess graphic team capacity and upcoming workload. Identify risks, discrepancies and potential bottlenecks and escalate where appropriate. Monitor and maintain artwork-related KPIs. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation. Support training and knowledge-sharing with relevant stakeholders. What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in the graphics / artwork / packaging environment. Experience coordinating artwork creation and modification projects . Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment . Experience working with customers, affiliates or other stakeholders and managing expectations. Strong analytical and data-management skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with a graphics, packaging, print focus .
