About the role


In the role of Policy Admin Representative, you will support new business and various customer service and contract administration functions related to in-force Workforce Benefits and Self Insured Medical Stop Loss business. You will maintain intermediate knowledge in all areas with a specialization in one or two functions, assists in the development and training of other team members, and participate in Acceptance testing as needed. This position also provides service and support to Premium, Commission, Underwriting, Claims, and Field sales/service teams.

What you will do

  • Set up systems and create, issue, or amend contracts and related documents.
  • Coordinate renewals, broker changes, and other in-force contract updates.
  • Review documentation, resolve missing information, and meet service-level agreements.
  • Support policyholders, brokers, sales teams, underwriters, and internal partners.
  • Build expertise in Workforce Benefits and Medical Stop Loss products and processes.
  • Train team members and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned functions.
  • Participate in process improvements, projects, and system testing.

Compensation


Hourly Range: $22.38 - $37.32 plus eligibility for a Company Annual Bonus

Identity Verification
