1) Tech Support Specialist with Polish (for one of the biggest healthcare company in the world)

Details:

This role involves helping Polish patients with medical devices with their queries, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

This role is especially a good opportunity to get exposure and a long-term career opportunity in the thriving personalized healthcare and premium customer relationship management.

-Work mode: Remote work within Bulgaria (Candidates must be based within Bulgaria)**

-Full relocation support: €2000 signing bonus + travel tickers + accommodation allowance (additional €260/month for 3 months)

-Monthly gross salary of €1,329+ up to €130 performance bonus + €100 meal allowance, and great company perks and benefits.

**Must be fluent in the Polish language

**Must have an EU passport or a valid Bulgarian work permit

Working hours:

Monday-Friday 10:00-18:30

Available start date: 28 September 2026
